external USB hard drive wont list in MY COMPUTER on startup now.

I have an external 120GB IDE hard drive in an AZIO USB enclosure. Everything was working fine, and now, upon startup, the drive wont list in my MY COMPUTER. If i flip the power switch on it and turn it on, it will, but it was always just listed...without doing this.

any solution to making this SOB always listed?
