Well, just yesterday, I started up VLC to watch a video and normally when the video would load and start playing, the player stayed the same as I opened it. The only difference from when I opened it and when I want the video to start playing is the file name/timer bar on the bottom.
So anyway, I tried to reinstall it, and a certain file, "libvout_directx_plugin.dll", could not be written. Do these two problems coincide, and how can I fix this to go back to enjoying my video.
