On the old Black Viper site he used to have several registry "profiles" which disabled useless services to enhance performance, one for gaming, a minimalist, a network, a default, etc. Can anyone point me to a default windows Home SP2 registry profile?

Better yet, is there anyway to export the entire registry into one file that I can backup once I set my services exactly the way I like it? i.e. via regedit?

A system state backup will include the registry.

You mean System Restore?

Is there anyway to back it all up / export using regedit?

If you use the Windows backup utility (Program > Accessories > System Tools > Backup) you can select "System State". This will back up the registry.
