Taskbar slugish

When I change apps via the task bar, it's a pain. the windows will highlight, but I'll often have to click them several times to get them to do come up. Alt tab works with out an issue, everything else is fine. Anyone know what's up?

If you happen to be running WindowFX by Stardock, turn it off, its been known to cause this issue.

Nope... Also, I can't left lick on the programs down there. Everything about the program tabs on the task bar seems to be messed up.
