Which of the following describes RIMM?

A memory module composed of low-speed DRAM on a printed circuit board
A memory module composed of low-speed SRAM on a printed circuit board
A memory module composed of high-speed DRAM on a printed circuit board
A memory module composed of high-speed SRAM on a printed circuit board

I tried google but all I could fins was what RAMBUS stands for, and that RIMM is a trademarked name :D

should be the 3rd choice...

sram is the stuff cache is made of, normally 6 transistors per bit. dram is usually 1 transistor and 1 capacitor per bit

i guess it really depends on the definition of high and low speed :p

Yep should be the third.
