how many mhz would justify a divider?

just wondering


my ram hits around 275. i have a potential trader his 170 for my 165. 275x10= 2.75 ghz.

would 2.85 with a divder be better than 2.75 1:1?

What would your FSB be set at in both scenarios?

250 or 300 would start tempting me though...

the divider itself doesn't effect performance, only the resulting memory clock ;)
