Hi guys.

Normally when I'm overclocking I go easy and just aim for whatever feels good with minimal voltage increase.

However I have found that my x2 4800 CPU will post and boot at 3GHz @ 1.55v (stock is ~1.35v). I could probably get it prime stable at 1.575v or so, but I would like opinions or facts (maybe yours died at a certain voltage?) if that's dangerous ground.

In case you are wondering, it is watercooled.

Cheers

i personally wouldnt go over 1.5v for 24/7 use but thats me..
ive seen people around running 1.55v+ for 24/7, but who knows how long their chip is going to last.

there is an unwritten rule of not going over 15% voltage increase w/ these processors
