Beats the heck outta me. I remember seeing something about a LAN, called HavocLAN (maybe?), like a year ago or more. Nothing since, as far as I've seen.

Marylandlangamers is an awesome LAN group in the Greenbelt, MD area. They hold quarterly LANs and it's usually a pretty fun weekend. Check them out at www.marylandlangamers.net .

My cohorts and I have been hosting a small monthly LAN party for almost 5 years now in Dahlgren, VA its 1 mile from Maryland across the 301 Harry Nice Bridge. Most of the parties are on a Friday evening. We occasionally have a Saturday lan but their hasn't been enough support for it. If your looking for a tournament lan with free prizes and stuff. Our lan is not for you. Our lan if more for someone who just wants to play games and buddy around. We do offer free sodas and no entrance fees ;) . Our attendance has been from as little as 6 to 24 people averaging out around 12 to 14.

Anyway if anyone is interested email me at smokeyknuckles@comcast.net and I can give more details. Our next lan is on Friday June 16th from 5pm till 1 to 2am. WOW! just noticed how outdated the site is. We are currently playing BF2, UT2K4, COD2, Flatout. Some SW: Empires at War, Starcraft, C&C Generals. etc. Our lans are pretty much anything goes. Majority rules

i've posted about HavocLAN.com every time we have one. I live in arlington, VA and throw the party right in DC. I'm really proud at how low we've gotten the price. I think for HL5 I'm going to try and do something with some other local lans (some already listed in this (MLG - great groups of guys)) and try and get a free event going. we'll see...
