I am trying to add XP to my Vista boot menu (or vice versa). As I have mentioned previously it it not as easy as editing boot.ini anymore. Vista gets rid of boot.ini and now uses a program called bcdedit to configure bootloaders.
Usually when Vista is instaled it automatically adds XP to its bootloader menu. However, since my XP is on a RAID (different controller differenct drives), it did not recognise XP at the time of install. So, now I have to manually enter it into bcdedit. However, in order for me to do this I must know the GUID for my copy of XP. Does anyone have a clue as to where I can find this kind of information at?
