Just got the rig in my sig finally hooked up and working properly today.
One thing concerns me though.

Looking at the MSI CoreCenter software my voltage readings are kinda high.

3.3V shows at 3.42v
5V shows at 5.51v
12V shows at 12.7V

Also my vcore shows 1.4v when I have it set at stock (should be 1.35 IIRC)
Have it clocked at 10x260 ATM.

Are these voltages safe?

thanks

The 3.3V is usually around there (depending on how stable your rails are). The 5 and the 12 though, I would be a tad worried. I suggest going into bios and getting the readings. Also, if those are the same, go to like a Frys or a computer stores and get them to check it. I know that Frys does it for free.

Your core voltage isn't a problem. There's no way that your CPU should be in any danger from the voltage you are giving it. But PSU...maybe.

hmm, im not seeing the model PSU you have in your sig, unless your stacker coems with one, in which case I am a n00b :p either way, telling us the PSU would likely result in better suggestions.

Sorry yeah I should have mentioned that. Its an Enermax 465P-VE

I don't have easy access to a multimeter or I would test that. Thinking about upgrading power supply anyway to utilize the 24+8 connectors vs. the 20+4 that my PSU has.
