That's pretty cool of Apple to officially support dual boot.

This is nice. I havn't used an Apple since the Apple IIe, and Macintosh se30 (80's), but I always hear what Apple does, it does great. I enjoyed them back then.
Might be worth getting one, and dual-booting for the games.........or how bout triple-booting with Linux? Is it possible? The best of all-worlds.

edit: Forget it......got my answer on google - YES!

I just don't see the point. If people wanted to make the switch, why would they run a mac based Intel machine? It would probably be cheaper just to make a pure Windows/Intel/AMD based PC. I know it's nice to have options, but there would be no reason to switch. The MacOSX would be the reason, and now they just axed that.

Um...because you can? Heh. ;) I know, your probably right. I dont have experience with OSX, or apple apps, so I cant really say its any better or worse than Windows. I have heard that its more stable, and support is better, but as for doing anything OTHER than Linux or Windows....I'll have to surf the Apple Products forum.

I'll give you one simple reason: my wife works with a lot of designers, they all use Mac, but she feels more comfortable in Windows, voila, dual-boot laptop and she's happy. This is perfect as far as I am concerned.
