no offense but that entire idea is flawed, people will connect to ANYTHING just so they can get their latest pr0n etc... years at being a network admin have proven to me that users will stop at nothing to get what they want.

And the second you have someone "trusting" people that they don't know your entire P2P security goes out the window.

In theory It's a great idea, but so is communism. It just doesn't work out well in the end... ;)
