System Monitor on the Desktop

There is a program that I have seen people running that is a system monitor that resides on the desktop. I can't remember what it's called. Any suggestions?

Yeah, if it's a kde desktop it's most likely karamba or superkaramba.

gkrellm is the standard one. Maybe it's becoming the old school one with the karamba, gdesklets stuff these days.
