Tight 2GB comparison

I am making the jump to 2GB on my Biostar TForce 939 since the prices are dropping fast on these kits. Based on what I have read, using the divider combined with tight timing produces the optimum dividend for gaming.

Does anyone have any favorites among the items selected?

Its funny but I was trying to decide between the same 3. Do they all use the same chips?
I think I will just buy OCZ because they have worked for me in the past and I have heard their warranty is great.
