I have that right now in my Asus P4P800

They no longer sell that memory. The closest I can find is this...

I want to put all four in my machine for a combined total 512x4 2GB.

So two of the old stuff and two of the new stuff.

Think I will have any issues with the CAS?

Nevermind I just purchased it...$109 to the door. Can't beat that I'll let you know how it works out.
