Good 360 luvin this month! GRAW, Outfit, Burnout Revenge, Oblivion Lost. Gonna be an expensive month! :)

Sorted it. Had to switch my cable to 'TV' then the setting to pal60, then went back to HD. All is fine now :D

1,Change your display switch to TV from HDTV

2, go into settings the display change to pal 60

3, then switch back to HDTV

and the demo should now work

About how long do these demos stay up on the Microsoft servers for download?They seem to keep it available for quite some time. The initial launch demos are still listed on Xbox Live from November. I'm sure that MS won't take the content down until space becomes an issue.

Yeah, I think they tend to keep demos up indefinitely. The only I saw that went away was King Kong...and it was likely because it was easy to get hoplessly stuck in it.

How does this run so far?
This is a HUGE gaming month. I doubt I'll be able to afford all the games I want, so this demo will be a nice guage on whether to save for this or to scrap it and get Kingdom Hearts 2 on release day instead. However Burnout, SF2:HF, and Obvlivion are "must buy" games!

^^I also was reading bad post about the game over on xbox.com. But i find it pretty entertaining, a break from some other shooters, this is a all out frag fest blow up everything! Not sure if i would pay for the full retail version but who knows i may change my mind, would be cool if they would release it as a arcade type game for some microsoft points since the graphics arent exactly " next gen " but overall its a fun game.

Oh well...hopefully it's better than Full Auto. After playing the demo I was excited...then I realized that the demo was more or less the whole game. 90 levels of the same thing :P

the game is junk...I downloaded it and played the xbox live variant...graphics look about like original xbox.

Buy Fight Night round 3 or Kameo instead. In my opinion those are the only two next gen titles available that are worth owning to this point...

Out of curiosity, are you playing on an HDTV with native 720p support? My money has already been spent as I can really only afford GRAW and Oblivion this month. At $60 and $70 a pop respectively, it's a huge dent to my meager budget for games.

I wouldn't say the graphics look like Xbox1 graphics, but they definitely don't look that great. I like the fact that you can spawn vehicles and turrets and whatnot. I can honestly say that this game isn't everything I expected.

Well, I can at least be happy about Far Cry (drool like a very hungry dog), Oblivion, and Burnout.

It's okay I guess. The graphics are pretty lousy, but it's fun. I haven't really figured out the objectives though. I controlled everything on the map but the other guy killed me more times and won. The vehicles are a little crazy. Seems like there's no real way to do much to 'em without one yourself. I'll play more to see what I think. I can't seem to get a bead on the numbers at the top either. They don't seem to affect any of my outcomes.

Once I got the camera under control during driving, and, calling in airstrikes/artillery the game got interesting. Next gen for graphics? No. Fun? Yup. Much better than Full Auto.
This is one I will pick up when it goes on sale.

I could call this a Third Person Battlefield 1942 Source that runs at 30 FPS.

The graphics are last gen and I'm not impressed.
I do like the fact you can blow up nearly everything and that wheel barrow is hillarious.

Burnout comes out Today... Fucking EA is late with at least a single track demo.
For the meantime, Geometry wars and Fight Night are my main staples.

Its just my opinion but, this game sucks. I tried to play it for more than 20-30 minutes and couldn't do it anymore. I wouldn't buy it if it landed in the $5 bin. But thats just me. ;)

I actually rather enjoyed the demo. But it did have a rather large problem. get too close to the edge of a river and you slide down into it. You cant swim so you drown. I thought it was funny because a couple of times i slid into the water and my guy stopped with the water up to his ankles yet i still drowned.

I'll wait till a SP demo comes out till i make up my mind. Or maybe rent it.

I got a chance to play it a little more last night and in general I don't think it's all that bad. Graphically it's pretty weak, but it's fun. I *still* don't understand some of the rules for winning, but I guess an instruction manual would fix that a little.
It'll take some playing around, but I think it'll be fun in the long run. There seem to be a lot of maps (look on the demo list), and I could see pulling this game out to play with friends in a few months.
The main issue is that this is coming out at a time where there are a half-dozen A+ games coming out in a small period. Unless this is priced a little lower than the others I'm not sure I'll get it. When it comes to Burnout, Oblivion, Street Fighter HF, and Kingdom Hearts 2...this game loses.

I'm not the only one who thinks the graphics are pretty much severely lacking on this game. It reminds me of the graphics and movements from the folks who made Giants, and Armed and Dangerous. - without the fun factor and cleverness.

Grenades disappear into the ground, explosions are pathetic, movement is horrible, ankle drowning, blurry textures, and generally just xbox 1.00009 graphics.
