Ok, so we're having a LAN in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on the May 27th weekend.

It's gonna be a big one. G4/TechTV will be there as a sponsor, so that means you'll probably have a chance to get your 15 seconds of fame!!!

As of this week, the event has been made a World Cyber Games qualifier!!!

If you live in the Toronto area (or aren't afraid of flying) check it out. It's gonna be capped at 300ppl.

People attending this one will be guaranteed a spot at the MONSTER LAN at the Rogers Center (formerly the Skydome). Approx 1200 people. This will be the LAN of the year for Canada.

Check it out and register early.

You should register early...between the cash, prizes, and the fact that it'll be televised (not the whole thing!!), it's gonna fill up quick!!!

There are some new sponsors on board, such as Bigfoot Computers, and a couple of others who will confirm by the weekend, I'll update when everything is confirmed.

Prize money is up higher now, $600 for BF2, and $1100 for CS. There are gonna be a TON of prizes and swag at this one, with the sponsors being as helpfull as they are, that means almost everyone who attends is gonna walk away with something!!!

So far, 90 registered, a bunch more in the wings. Register soon, this will be one of the big ones for the Toronto area.

Remember, Montreal is only 3.5 hours away by car!!! Ottawa, 2.5 hours!

There's a Casino close by...And besides, it's a LAN, that's what we're going there for, not sight seeing!!! LOL

For those that haven't checked the site, we're now a WCG qualifier, and there are a TON of prizes and swag to be given away. This is turning out to be a fantastic event. We'll post some pics after the event!
