When? April 1st 12:00 PM (Noon) to April 2nd 6:00 PM

Where? In the Clark Gym at Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, NY, 14623. See it on a map. More detailed directions are available upon request.

How many people? 300

How do I register? Registration for the event is done via this webpage. If registration is open, there will be an option on the left side of the page to do so. Registration does not guarantee you a seat at the LAN. The first 300 people to pay are guaranteed a spot. Read on about payment.

What does it cost? The cost of admission for RIT students is $16 pre-payed. The cost for anyone that is not a student of RIT will be $21 pre-payed. Anyone who does not pre-pay will be charge a $4 fee at the door in addition to the entry fee, making it $20 for students and $25 for non-students. This is to encourage early payments, so that we may more easily estimate the turnout of the party, so that we can make it as enjoyable as possible.

What do I get for my money? Aside from admission to all 30 hours of the event, the price of the ticket will get you an official "RITfest 7" t-shirt, 3 meals, other snacks, free entry into all of the tournaments held at the event and of course entry into all of the raffles we will be having

How do I pay? Tickets are being sold through the Gordon Field House Box Office. There are two ways to purchase tickets from the Box Office:

1. Tickets can be picked up at the box office window at any time during their hours of operation.
2. Tickets can also be ordered on the phone through the box office at this number: (585) 475 - 4121 during their hours of operation.

Tickets will not go on sale until the first day of Spring quarter (Marth 13th). In the meantime you can still sign up on the website in anticipation of tickets going on sale. The Field House Box Office is open from 10:00am - 6:00pm Monday through Friday, and 10:00am - 2:00pm on Saturdays.

Can I get a refund? Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for entry fees due to the nature of the event. Most things need to be paid for well in advance (tables, networking equipment, etc.)
