how do i Save an entire website to my computer

Im using windows, i know its easy with Linux but how do i do it with windows? Thanks

Siterip? :P I'd say just use a *nix box to perform the task, but perhaps you could run wget under cygwin or mingw, or scout around for a freeware tool to do the work.
