Setting a service to 'Disable' automatically

I need to disable a service on all machines on my network. Is there a way to automatically set a service to 'Disable' via a batch file or other automated service?

All computers are joined to a Win2K3 Domain w/ AD.

Group Policy. Check into the machine settings.

Here is the exact place you need to look:
Computer Configuration -- Windows Settings -- Security Settings -- System Services


Sometimes GP is a pain in the ass to find settings, so I hope this helps.
