Alright. I recently have been getting noticeable problems during video playback on my PC.
I'm using DX 9c, 7800gt 81.98 drivers? latest ones anyways, and I'm getting the problem in all of my media players. Except quicktime.
this all happens in WMP9&10 and Media Player Classic
While watching the movie, it will freeze the video and the video will go one frame foward and back repeatadly like a siezure. Also, when I try to resize the window, it'll freeze. Even if I'm full screening the video or just making a small adjustment. Next things, my desktop shows up in the black on the video.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
It used to also pop up a dvxa_sig.txt file in whatever folder the playing video was in before. Though I was able to find a way to fix that.
Please help, I'm feeling like reinstalling XP.
