Im not sure exactly but maybe your DPI setting is at 120 instead of 96?

- right click anywhere on your desktop
- properties
- settings
- advanced
- general

Make sure thats on 96 DPI, Not sure if thats it but check to be sure.

its on 96 dpi.... but I better reset it because i funked with it a couple days ago.
