PANHANDLE GAMERS LAN PARTY!

When: April 8 (9:00 A.M.) until April 9 (~10:30)
Note that due to hotel regulations the event will be closed for a couple hours late at night (midnight till 7 A.M.). Since we are at a hotel you are welcome to book a room to stay (split up among friends if you'd like), or you may go home and get some rest, or sleep in your car......
Also note that the room will be LOCKED & staffed during this period of time.
Rates: Panhandle Gamers has a total of 10 rooms reserved at this hotel with a special discount, and that discount is:
$159.00 Standard Room
$189.00 Gulf Front Room (866-916-2999 to reserve, mention the event Panhandle Gamers or event code "PHG")
+ 14.5% Lodging Tax (Subject to change)
Reservations will be accepted until February 29th or until all rooms are reserved, whichever comes first. Reservations received no later than February 29, 2006 will be subject to availability, higher rates and/or minimum length of stay requirements. In order to confirm individual reservations, a one-night room and tax deposit via personal check or major credit card will apply.
Where: This next event will take place at the Hilton Garden Inn on Pensacola Beach Florida. 12 Via Deluna Dr.
Tournaments: Counter Strike, BattleField 2, Unreal tournament, Quake, Halo.
Prizes: Are currently being discussed. No doubt there will be some great prizes at this event, we have many sponsors and will hopefully be able to hand out some great stuff. Assuming we get enough people there will also be cash prizes. There will be drawings, and people will be randomly selected from the sign up list for prizes, SO SIGN UP!!!
