Folder Redirection Server 2k3

First the Specs,

A school that has 23 users, 1 server, and most of the workstations are emachines :mad: I step in and and audit the entire system, I come in and assign roaming profiles, no worries, but when I create a GPO for folder redirection, it will only redirect the server administrator my documents, I have tried several different ways, including touching every workstation and manually redirect the my docs, I have tried on other 2003 servers with the same results, I have been creating GPOs for awhile, and have done this on 2000 server with no issues.

Question:
do I have to create the GPO prior to creating the users? I don't think that I would have to. Does anyone have any other ideas/got folder redirection to work?

How are you applying the policy for the redirection? Are there any overriding settings?

Get the GPMC and model the results.
