I work in Dell on Call's Spyware and Virus support department. Here is the best way to remove this infection from your computer.
Download Windows Cleanup Utility from www.stevengould.org, its free.
Download Smitrem by using google. Search for the keyword SMITREM and click on the first link called Dave's World.
Download Spysweeper's 30 day trial from http:\\www.++++++++++++\dgxnk. Make sure you type the HTTP:\\ before the url.
Install the windows cleanup utility, extract Smitrem to a folder in C:\drive, install spysweeper trial and update it. Do not begin any scans at this time.
Reboot to safe mode and run Cleanup (get the latest one Cleanup4.0)
Then run Spysweeper in full scan mode.
Then run cleanup again.
Run smitrem (it is very important that all other windows including IE and Explorer are closed while doing this)
Run Cleanup again.
Then run Spysweeper followed by cleanup and Smitrem for the last time.
It should go away with the above procedure. I have had a 95% success rate with this procedure, taking no longer than an hour.
