Strange Windows Update Problem

As you can see, all three services are started. And I don't know when or how this all began...

Any ideas?

What does your "Windows Update.log" file say is happening? It should be in your Windows directory.

Set those services to "Automatic" and restart your computer, that should fix it

Automatic Updates needs to be set to 'Automatic', Backgroung Intelligence Transfer does not (just needs to be started). Rebooting is not necessary.
